Adommo LLC is a IT Service Provider Company registered in Wyoming, USA, with an operational presence in Bangladesh. We deliver high-performance software, SaaS solutions, Zendesk services, AI tools, and CX optimization platforms to clients globally.

2. Use of Website and Services

By accessing this website and using our services, you agree to use them only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use our site to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive conduct.
  • Attempt to access unauthorized areas of our systems.
  • Use our brand or intellectual property without written permission.

4. Client Engagement and Deliverables

When engaging with Adommo:

  • A Statement of Work (SOW) or contract will define scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost.
  • Work begins after written agreement and receipt of payment (partial or full as agreed).
  • Additional work outside the SOW may be charged at a separate rate and timeline.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for any illegal or unethical request.

5. Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed in USD via credit card, bank transfer, Stripe, or PayPal.
  • Fixed-price projects follow milestone-based billing.
  • Hourly contracts are billed weekly or biweekly based on timesheets.
  • Late payments beyond 10 days are subject to a 5% late fee and may cause a pause in service delivery.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We prioritize transparency and quality. Our refund policies vary by service type:

a. For Custom Software / Development Services:

  • Consultation & Planning Fees: Non-refundable.
  • Cancellation Before Work Begins (within 3 business days): 70% refund.
  • In-Progress Projects: Refunds are prorated based on the work completed.
  • After Final Delivery: No refunds are provided post-approval.

b. For SaaS Products and Digital Tools:

  • Subscriptions: You may cancel anytime. No refunds for the current billing period.
  • One-Time Purchases: All sales are final unless the product is proven defective.

7. Limitation of Liability

Adommo LLC will not be held liable for:

  • Data loss, downtime, or business disruption.
  • Security breaches due to client-side mismanagement.
  • Delays due to third-party tools or integrations.
  • Any damages beyond the value of services paid.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the disputed service.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy. All data is handled per our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

For clients in Bangladesh, applicable Bangladeshi law may also apply for local services.

Disputes will be resolved as follows:

  • For US/international clients: Wyoming state or federal courts.
  • For Bangladeshi clients: Local courts in accordance with Bangladeshi law.
  • Adommo LLC may determine the forum based on service nature and location.

10. Modifications to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of the changes.
